At Sweetveda, we take pride in preparing fresh, handcrafted sweets with natural ingredients. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a specific refund and return policy.
1. No Returns or Exchanges

As sweets are made fresh to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Share your order ID and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging at help@sweetveda.com.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per the case.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled as our sweets are freshly prepared.
