  • Delivery timelines depend on the shipping address and courier partner.

  • Sweetveda is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders once processed cannot be cancelled as sweets are made fresh to order.

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as per our Refund & Return Policy.
